To be accepted, the jewellery piece must be returned in its original condition, unworn, unused and showing no signs of wear or damage.<\/p>\n
It must be returned with its original packaging and box, along with all items received with the product.<\/p>\n
Any item returned incomplete, worn, used, damaged or no longer in its original condition may not be accepted.<\/p>\n
Returns are subject to validation after receipt and inspection of the item by our team.<\/p>\n
For hygiene reasons, earrings and piercings cannot be returned or exchanged.<\/p>\n
This exclusion does not apply when an item is defective or when an error was made in preparing your order.<\/p>\n
