For hygiene reasons, earrings and piercings cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 10 days.

Please keep your proof of postage (postal receipt) in a safe place. You may be asked to provide it when your return is being processed. Without proof of postage, your refund may be refused.

Over time, jewellery may naturally change.
